I don't reckon it was the Who who recorded it. I heard that it was a "cover" band and it was all a coverup cos Roger Daltry had done a hammy

10,000 Maniacs, MTV Unplugged album.
The last album they released before Natalie Merchant went solo.

John Fogarty, Premonition.
Bluegrass at its best.

The Cowboy Junkies, The Trinity Session.
Perhaps not technically a live album (no audience) but it was recorded in one continuous sitting in a church on the side of a highway. If you listen closely you can hear the occasional car go past.

Three great albums.

mmm - now I'm wondering if 'Right Said Fred ' ever released a live album?
I'm a model you know what I mean and all that - I reckon the crowd would be going crazy, especially with the fishnet shirts and all that ,

Whats that supposed to mean.
I guess with you spending a bit of time up Lismore way you have a preference for stuff with banjo played....

Nah, that's Coraki, or even Kyogle. Casino/Lismore is more Shania Twain.

Oldies but goodies from my real young days:

- Peter Frampton - Frampton Comes Alive

Now that I have mellowed:

- Norah Jones - Live in New Orleans
- Dixie Chicks - Top of the World
