Travel bag or two

The wife an I will be taking our clubs to Noosa on a holiday in may. I have 23kgs luggage allowance on virgin and I'd like to get a large padded cover bag and 2x pencil bags to fit inside.

Would this work?
Anyone got anything in the spares rack that would suit?

Maybe with half/three quarter sets, but a full set might be pushing it with the weight. Have you tested on some scales at home?
