Feeling ok on the feet and legs after Heywood and no firm plans to return home before Saturday I’ve decided to sneak an unplanned game in. Will decide after if I drive straight home or find some where to stay overnight.

Solid track that one. One of my faves in the district. Just a shame about a couple of cockwombles in the joint.

Hamilton?
Too far away. Needs to be close enough to Portland and Heywood to know that there are "cockwombles" there.

Winner winner chicken dinner.
It’s Hamilton

It’s in great condition atm. Good greens and very nice couch fairways with carpet like coverage.
Put this grass on Heywood and you’d have a great golf course.

Looks like a decent country track, might give it a go next time on the way to Fairy

Doesn't look like a top 100 track from those photos, although it may not be anymore.

Never been top 100 on any credible list. Hamilton is a decent course, but that's about it.

It's Horsham that I was thinking of, not that I've played either.

You don't need to quote the previous post, especially when you are wrong.

You've said that before. The quote is needed in case it goes to a new page.

If you keep finding that there are cockwombles everywhere you go... maybe you're the cockwomble. :p

If you keep finding that there are cockwombles everywhere you go... maybe you're the cockwomble. :pNah, cockwombles just exist out in the wild, I just get around more than most so I find them. Not that they're hard to find these days either, they tend to identify themselves pretty quickly.
