I didn't win any long drives at Vic champs, so I'm going to give overspeed training a go. Does anyone have a swing speed radar they're not using? Before I spend $250 on one of these: https://www.amazon.com.au/Sports-Sensors-Swing-Speed-Radar/dp/B00124P7SI

Mines not for sale, BYO, but here's a thread from when I was doing some research. I ended up with the SwingCaddie 200 Plus.

at our age wouldnt it be better to just cut down on biscuits or something else thats not exercise?

If you are going to spend that much on one, why wouldn't your spend a little more and get something like the PRGR launch monitor so that it at least has some other functionality for you?
