Need Everyone's Help Please

My cousin wants to start golf and he's 21 but doesnt have golf club been borrowing his old man's so i said to him i know a place with some good people that can help, so if anyone hads anything for a starting golfer let me know please.
He needs everything...
*Bag (any type)
*Driver(anything at all nothing special)
*Fairway Woods (3,5)
*Irons (3-pw/sw) anything at all
*Putter (anything at all)

He's limit is total for everything would be between $300-$400 so if anyone has anything at all laying around and wants to get rid of it for cheap please let me know.
