Why was Tiger seeded number 2?

Probably because Campbell was seeded #1 :p

Didn't campbell win it last year. That would be why.

Since when does the previous winner get a number one seeding. Tiger is the best player in the world by a mile, therefore should be the number one seed.

HSBC is not a normal event so previous winner gets #1 seeding, some great results last night and great play to watch. The two top USA seeds go down...looking for for the Ryder Cup ;) hahaha

Ummm, if they worked then shouldn't he have won against #15.:smt002

Edit: It would have been much funnier if Simon Khan beat him. :)

I've got Luke Donald to beat Micheel in the last leg of a multi sports bet. 5 down after 18 holes - not looking good. Didn't think Micheel could do it twice in a row.

Easy win to Paul Casey in the end, defeating Shaun Micheel 10 & 8 in the 36 hole final.

Nice little payday of $2.5million as well 8)

new format this year....no 3rd vs 4th...
all rounds are 36 hole matches...last year R1 and R2 were on the first day and only 18 holers...

Lehman must be cursing himself...
