How do you guys practice? Since having kids I have never found a practice structure or habit that works.

I have a net, SkyTrak and Puttpro mat at home and barely find time or energy to use them. Then because I am not really practicing much when I do it feels like a waste of time because it won't make a difference anyway!

Due to work I can't get to the course through the week and we are not allowed there anyway with Covid restrictions!

My game has gone to shit in the last 18 months, and it sucks playing bad golf, so hoping someone can give some enlightenment on a path back!

If you cant get motivated then no practice routine is going to help you.

I take divots out of the loungeroom carpet every night, because the sliding glass doors are excellent mirrors

Got away with blaming relatives kids and cheap carpet for years, but she is onto me now.

Why are you practicing? Can’t you just go out and enjoy a round of golf regardless of the score?

I am terrible with practice... I used to just go and hit 100 balls, chip around when I bothered and thats it
Currently trying to change that;
working more on drills when I am at the range; getting used to waking up earlier than before and heading to the course for a quick 30-60mins practice before work sort of got me to reduce the smash large amount of balls and more in working on drills, or concentrate on either chipping and putting.
also I am trying to spend more time to practice my putting at home since I have a nice strip of carpet in front of the TV and I can just work on my stroke using the gate putting drill.

I practice my putting every night,on the carpet,and usually chip balls around during the week when I get a chance.If your time is limited,then work on short game.
