Got these off Jonti, beautiful clubs but after a couple of hits with them decided they are not for me.

Fourteen TC777 Forged Irons

Modus 3 120X Shafts
Golf Pride Victory Cord Grips
Factory standard lie length and loft.

What do these shafts compare to? Never hit any clubs with them before.

Steve, this is my first foray into forged - they are far from a blade and I found them pretty forgiving for the two time I used them, but Tom could give you a better opinion.

Sheezy, Tom described these to me as somewhere in between a S300 and X100 which I found pretty accurate. I have only ever used s300 or PX6.0. These are very similar to the 6.0 for me but felt a lot nicer/smoother, probably a lot to do with the forged heads though i think.

Someone who has used them for a longer period can probably tell you more about them.
