Seeded yes, you have a two group buffer and then a normal group between you guys and the last group of the champs. I wouldn't be surprised in a 4:30 round, we normally get around in3:30-4 but we're also one of the first groups off. There is a couple of buffer lines in the timesheet so hopefully it flows.
