if a fat old turn like Roger Davis can shoot 62 there?

Surely any of you blokes who are members there should be playing off scratch, or better? What a joke.

From the sounds of it Rodger had a shocker then.

I wanna know who the guy is who shot 107 (to be 45 shots off the lead after 1 round)

I work with the leading amatuer Hedley Giles,he's off about 4 I think and seems to be going well with rounds of 74,74.

Your mate shot 105 on day 2 Jack. Perhaps he should stick to reg shafts, non-tour.

Bryan Smith sitting in third is our club pro.

At least he dosen't have a (P) next to his name. That would be a problem.

There is probably different age categories.

Mr O'Sullivan has probably just broken his age twice.

There is obviously no cut either. He's playing tomorrow with the guy who shot 96, 93.

didn't even realise this was on

i might duck over there after work tomorrow and see if Rodger wants to buy my 2ball putter.

Roger is a member at Lakelands and regularly shoots 1 and 2 under from the plates every week in our Mens Open.

old Rodger won by 5 shots in the end .... not bad performance considering some of the players in the field.

I'm just glad Peter O'Sullivan broke 100, & he was only 108 shots off the lead.

Shame there wasn't a 4th round. He could have made a real dent into that lead.
