New newb

[Dinner Box]

Hi All,

Just making my obligatory intro to the Forum.

At 50 and only playing with a H'cap for the last 3yrs I still consider myself very much a newb. I'll never be off scratch or even entertain the idea in my head. Coming from many years of competitive sport, as much as I love the social outlet of playing, I still want to 'be good at it'.

I look forward to learning more about equipment, rules and others experiences.

Oh, and my nickname? Comes from guys in my club, they came up with it..I have KFC after ever game on a Sunday. :razz:
