Could anyone tell me if the Fujikura Motore Speeder VC Tour Spec 6.2 (red & white) came out in a 3 wood length?

Not as stand alone fw shaft, but any driver shaft can be cut down into a fw shaft.

Nope, most shafts are meant to be trimmed stiffer has head weight gets heavier (like a 3w).

In this case Fuji only recommend trimming for 5w down. Other company's recommend 0.5" or even 1" for 3w, but there is no hard and fast rule.

i had a fuji evolution 2 661 x flex that was driver length and tipped it 1.5 and threw it in my 3 wood and its been amazing. Not to stiff at all and tons better then the tour 65 stock ping shaft i had in my G30 3 wood.
