Have a great trip and good luck working over in the UK. Should be a great time and a top opportunity.

With any luck you'll be able to go and see Rod Pampling lift the Claret Jug in person!!

Henry already got a farewell from this site with a booting........twice.

But good luck with your trip anyway, Henry/Henri/AndyA.

Er, I wasn't responsible for either henry or henri AndyP, but thanks for blaming me anyway.

Thanks for the kind thoughts Fishy, very funny stuff - how much longer will this thread last?

So Henry wasn't henry?

How long are you gone for all up? How many bags do you need for all the woolens?

AndyA

I presume that "henry" and "henri" was one of the usual suspects keen to make a splash without being held accountable for it - who can blame them? I'd do exactly the same thing!

There for around a year, when I come back will depend on whether I have friends playing next year's Open. Should be fun.

Its the middle of summer there at the moment, so I've only got a backpack and a golf bag to take - will buy the woolens over there when it gets cold.

Have fun.

And it's better to buy warmer clothes over there. There stuff is better quality than ours and also warmer.
