Right,

Bloody Callaway weight plugs.

I need to pull them out of the hosel, in the old days i use to just drill them out but they are now made out of unobtainium and it just blunts the drill.

anyone got a clever way of removing them ?

Lol I misread your post, thinking the tip weight was stuck in the shaft.

Move along now...

Does it have a post ?

If so try and get a screw into the post so you can get some purchase on it.

I found one in the hosel of a Srixon hybrid and it took some time but I got the tip weight out.

Definitely has the post, are you saying screw into the post itself or try to wedge it between the hosel and side wall and pull with some heat?

Screw it into the post and with some heat you should be able to pull it out.

I drilled into the post to widen the hole so I could get a screw into it.

If he can't drill it, he won't be able to screw into it.

You could maybe try a carbide drill, they will drill most harder materials.
