Scotty custom weights

Want to add some weight to my Scotty squareback, anyone know of places in Melb that do it?

Stupid question here regarding weight as I am not very familiar with SC putters....
friend of mine sold me his SC Detour 2.5; and I found it was too light to my liking, always seems to leaving it too short... he told me that the weight is "balanced" to that club head and lenght... so I should not "mess" around with the weight.
can i, or should I experiment with heavier weights?

found a TM Spider SI that worked much better than the detour, and not sure if worth trying to customise it?

Would i perhaps be better off going into pureform for a putter fitting and getting the guys there to make any adjustments to length, weight etc
