Old Wilson Staff shaft specs

I know that one red band on shaft means stiff flex and one black means reg flex but can anyone shed any light on what two black bands stands for please

Thanks Dotty but I think these must be older than what's listed they are X31 from seventies maybe probably should have mentioned that before
