Could be, i did a quick search and found some posts naming these, Toney Penna and the MacGregor Eye O Matic as the classics.
I remember Jeff Maggert using one of these at the Aussie Open back when Kerry Packer controlled the event.

Yes. Aussie one is rare and the Texas model is very sought after in the States among collectors. Great find!!

Shame that they are rare/sought after (I'm reading that as expensive) the Australian one would look nice with my Aussie blades, might have to retract my dibs PM. :(

Oh — not a Toney Penna, PTP.
Seems to be a 'Tourney Custom', which is a copy/reproduction of the MacGregor 693 Tommy Armour. Produced after the 'Tommy Armour' name had been sold, apparently.
It's the two Wood Bros that seem to be worth something; couple of eBay listings for several hundred a piece.
