Not sure what your shaft is worth to someone, but i am seeing lots of complete 915s go for 220-250 on the Facebook page.

Confirmed by TM and 20 other threads on golfwrx it is 1"
When you do a custom order through TM you can specify 1" soft tipping.

Hey milo-man, interested in the Kuro Kage if you still have it. What would be best price posted to 2316 NSW? Also, is it difficult to swith the tip to a Callaway Optifit? I suspect not, but I've never done it.

Hi Gibbo,

price to NSW would be $15.

It's not overly difficult if you have a shaft puller (no homo).

But if you don't a clubfitter/pro shop should be able to do it for around $20.
