Use the "preview" and check it before you post it. I don't care what or how it is written, just write it so we can understand it the first time !!!

It's not an either/or question Andy. You need to speak and write appropriate to the audience and medium you deliverying your message.

We all use different 'voices' according to the circumstances. My writing for a post is different from an email to my boss which is different to my writing for a contract. Similarly with speaking - whether he is mate, John or Prime Minister Howard depends on the circumstances.

I have no idea what this is all about, but I wish people would:

* Use a spell check
* Think about what is posted (said)
* Just prior to clicking the "Post Reply" button, they would close Internet Explorer and go to the driving range instead
