http://www.golfshafts.com.au/
I tired to order some shafts today and he hung up on me for asking too many question,
-The shaft model?
-If he had the right flex in stock?
-If he could ship today?
I don't think thats too many questions for a supplier.
Has anyone used this guy before?

Report it? What for?
Chivalry is dead. You poo'ed all over a thread of his, no action. He posts in yours, you cry like a baby.
What gives?
By the way, I'd suggest that the phone bloke has had a bad day. Perhaps e-mail him instead and he can answer all of the questions in his own time ;)

i've used them before. no problems here.
I can fully understand small business owners hanging up on customers. If someone annoys me on the phone, i'd do the same.

Fish-> I was only joking, and I didn't think I poo'ed on his this thread and I had said sorry. I think 3oneday new it was a joke.
Trung-> I have never used that guy before, the guy I normally use did not have the shafts in stock and I needed them today.
BV->Thats true but for a first time deal worth a few $$$ it doesn't make you want to go back. & I didn't think the question where to hard. :)

Peter,
Not that my comments can be taken with a grain of salt because of my position, but as a consumer that isn't good enough. I deal with all sorts of people and questions all day about shafts/heads/grips (most of the info is available online asewll!!).. but you have to treat them all like they are your best clients.

I'm right with ya there ben. Small business is all about making sure that person comes back again.
And in my case, I can often spend more than half an hour (even an hour or more) with a customer in the shop (longer in their house) and I'm a tradie. I don't make money talking, only when I'm physically on the job. So I often feel very frustrated with some customers but they would never have any clue of it.

I no its not right, and I expect a lot more, and thats way I got the shafts else where even if it did cost me more.
Just wondering if I was the only one. and from pm's I'm not. One seller to avoid.

I guess I got lucky with the service I got then when I bought the grips off him last year.

It appears that he is fine if you don't have to many questions. or suggest he send the wrong order.
