He told me that he didn't want to sell his gear because people on OzGolf "wouldn't pay what it is worth." He also hasn't put together new bags in years, which is where the outdated comment came from, as the stuff he'd be selling was 5-12 years old and he didn't want to accept "OzGolf Values".

Please clarify what is "insulting and tasteless"; and don't respond with "you should know".

While you may know him personally and he may get your humour, the poll suggests that he was trying to rip people off. Now if the poll was Tourfit finally has his Big Sale, it would be in much better taste and wouldn't require so much explanation. And actually be funny.
