i snaffled a MAC powersphere (poooooooower-sphere-sphere-sphere...echo echo....) for lyndal for like us$9 a few months ago and she took her for a spin at Vic Park on Sunday.

whilst bored i showed her the real way to hit like a man, and feigned slow-mo hitting...wobbling the head in circles into a slow-mo impact. i love an L flex, they rock.

then i had a nice slow full swing with it and ker-pow!

woohoo! it's the new $9 holy grail!

the powersphere is the shiznitz! :lol:

i normally fly over that back green at vic on nice drives and the...
Poooooooower-sphere-sphere-sphere!...echo echo.... flew it easily, dead straight shot after hilarious shot.

it's the whale killer i've been seeking my whole life..sniffle :D

sure it doesn't have the meaty response of the tourspec fuji 869 but it's heaven on your back and arms ;)

it's actually a very nifty feeling head, pretty darn light too but makes a great sound at impact.

can't really fault it after 5-6 dead straight and long drives, i blame the special grafalloy shaft in L flex ;)

hey jono, i found you're perfect wedges (this is not a joke)

prosimmon pro series forged, absolutely classic looks and a good grind.

i picked up a full net new for lyndal, dg's and golf pride, $100 flat for 3 52/56/60.

the fairway woods are pretty damn good actually...
my fren's really happy with the 5wood...

not so sure about the driver tho...

problem is that no one wants them unless they're dirt cheap or FOC...

oooh yeah it's realy and lyndal hits it really well for a beginner. she likes the sound particularly...

oh, and pete i store a pork bun in there for a mid round snak ;) :P
