Just wanted to relay a great experience with Zepp Support in the USA in case anyone is thinking about buying a Zepp swing analyser.
I bought a Zepp from Golfbox, online. Everything worked fine for 13 months.
Then it stopped worked and would not connect by blue-tooth any more to my ipad.
Golfbox said they could not help me as the Zepp only came with 12 months warranty.
I contacted Zepp USA directly and for several days they tried to help me with instructions to test the Zepp. All to no avail.
In the end, even though my Zepp was one month out of warranty - Zepp USA sent me a replacement Zepp of the same model I had, at no charge, free postage.
Great support.
