As per usual - we're looking for the best Stableford score for the month, and the worst.
Prize is an OzGolf shout - the NAGA has to buy the Monthly Mug winner a beverage/pie/kitchener bun/pork roll/premium ball/coffee/green jacket or some other agreed prize if they meet at an OzGolf event within a year.
Just a bit of fun really.

August has been kicked off with some good scores with a couple of low markers in live4golf and Aussielongdriver playing good rounds under the card.
Sadly for Aussielongdriver 6 under off the stick fell 4 points short of being able to claim top spot after Collis put in a blinder.

Dcanto has the honour of having all 3 rounds listed in the Leader Boards, 2 in the top deck and the other just sneaking into 5th on the good golfers out of luck list.

Hard_Pan gets a mention twice also but not in the top listing.

Slothman is the clear leader so far in the Bob after the OzGolf Bloodhounds sniffed out the score. Naughty boy trying to hide from it Slothman.

A quick update after the mid week golfers rounds sees Dotty and Grumpy8 joining the good golfers with 39pts (the smell of the burning handbrake travelled across borders) and 37pts.

Courty joined the good player out of luck but only tied with another so all of dcanto's cards are still listed.

Lets see how many changes after the weekends rounds.

There was a bit of movement on both leader boards.

Captain Nemo posted a fine 41pts which has bumped all the 37 pointers off the top board.
Daves joined the ties on 39pts

Peppas takes the leader in the NAGA board with a fine 20pts
3puttpete and Coopers Country made the lower board for the 2nd time. Those who were on the lower board with 28 and 29pt have been bumped.

The Deputy NAGA Emeritus shouldn't have left his sick bed on Saturday as he coughed and wheezed his way around for 19 points.

There were 4 worse scores in the comp than his - and the A Grade winner had 33 points. Tough day...

Had not played for several weeks but no idea why is was so bad.

Can I ask a small change to how this works - can the Monthly victor buy the beer/banh mi/kitcheners for the poor bugger who deserves a little consolation from what was obviously a very tough day in the future?

The winner cleans up a comp. The monthly NAGA deserves respect for fessing up in a public forum.

Leader board updated.
Another 40 and and 39 join the top 5.

Big movers were in the good golfers out of luck.
Peppas lead with 20 was short lived with Wools posting 17 and Monsta 19.
This has bumped all the 26 and 27 pointers out of the list.

Will update again tomorrow night if any of the regular mid week players cause movement on either list. After that the next update won't be until I return from NSW champs Wednesday next week. I'm sure there will be some featuring in the NAGA listing after that.

Last updated until I return from NSW champs.

Only 3 games since the last with one affecting the NAGA leader board.

Hatch was on target to challenge the NAGA after 14 holes at Royal Adelaide but a surprise 4 point birdie on 17 put end to that to finish with 23pts.
This bumps all the 25's off the list.

Made a quick update before the influx of weekend scores flood in.

All the scores from NSW champs haven't been posted yet (calling Mrbluu) to affect the list.

A couple of 39pt rounds by benno_r and highballin join the leader board for the good golfers.

The biggest movement has been in the NAGA with the top being taken by a NSW Champ competitor (Tomsy) from a round earlier in the month with 16pts. This bumps all the 23pt rounds from the list which happened to be mine x2 :D

Coopers Country also joins both lists with a 10 shot differential having rounds of 18 and 38pts.

No changes to the the "Hit Them Well" top scores Leader Board

Couple of late additions in highballin and Coopers Country to the "Hit Them Often" NAGA Leader Board with 21pts.
We had a few mutiple entrants with Peppas, highballin and Coopers Country having scores in the top 5 and the bottom 5.
Coopers Country dominated with 3 entries in the Leader Boards (x1 top x2 bottom).

Congratulations to Collis for taking top honours with a whopping 43pts
And congratulations or commiserations to Tomsy being OzGolfs NAGA with 16pts
