Full set for a beginner

Chasing a set inc bag for a beginner. Looking to spend as little as possible without buying junk. If there's a cheapie push buggy included even better. Fairly tall, 183cm+ so nothing too short.

Reg or Stiff shaft mate??

Good point Blu, I want to say regular at the moment. His swing is unco but I know once he gets better will be a stiff. Not fussed right now.
