I think I read a review of them in a british golf mag. The handle etc fold down on top of the base section.

If I remember correctly they didn't have a lot of power going up hills and had stability issues as well.

But if you don't mind having to push your power caddy up the hills and don't mind having to pick it up after it falls sideways down sidehills it could be the one for you ;)
