Cube buggy

Bought this few months ago and within few weeks, it started to drift right. tried to follow the instructions but could not fix it. Took it to the shop and they claimed that the damage was user caused and therefore not covered by warranty. That was simply nonsense as I take good care of my stuff and the course is flat and good.
Feel cheated and will never buy this.

Your state probably has consumer laws that would cover this.
