Coming from someone that never "releases" the club properly, (i.e. Me) I'm not sure what to think.

Can't watch Crossfield for that long. What did he say? Minimum clubface rotation on both sides of impact with body rotation is the ideal?

This will make no sense (in practice) to the average golfer since they probably never felt a hip swing with centred rotation.
