Regretful sale of my pride and joy but with some recent acquisitions it's time for these to go. If no interest they'll go to the Bay. Have always had headcovers on since I've had them. In pretty immaculate condition with the E(PW) showing the most wear. May swap for a Scotty Newport, Golo or similar. $280 plus post, pickup in Cairns, might be possible to get them sent via pack mule to the champs. [emoji13]

Sexy blades!

Serious question - read many reports these are "some of the most forgiving blades" out there. In your opinion, are these: forgiving for a blade, or forgiving full stop (considering I am a nuffy)?

Cheers,
Ben

I don't think any blade is forgiving in normal terms but these are less penal than some. They definitely flight the ball lower and more penetrating than most blades I've had and seem to produce alot more stopping power on the greens.

Thanks mate, I knew I was dreaming thinking these might be for me. Still mighty sexy, and GLWS.

I know that. Mrs has been on my back to sell them for ages due to buying LOTS of stuff. I've been slowly collecting sets of Mizuno MP irons and added a mixed set of 60's and 32's today. Next on the block is a Futura X I got from Nemo about a year ago. I'm still deciding what I want to do with it.

Mine wouldn't get much cash but they're priceless to me. Good luck to the new owner. You'll love them.

drool.

I had a set of these, they were beautiful.

But I wore the faces out completely and had to be moved on.

I have a set of the 50 Anniversary blade and they are lower ball flight- However. They also have higher bounce than most of any other clubs and current game improvements. I use the Hogan cavity back for the 4,5,6 irons and blades for the others. These are one of the best blades out there. Futhermore, the 50th Anniversay are Endo forged. Not sure if these are Endo or from Hogan's US forging. Anyway- great heads.

Pretty sure the Spalding/Callaway 99's were Endo forged.

Is the current owner of these still around? Any interest of reuniting with a long lost owner?
