Nice blades. You'll want to make sure to be swinging well or accept the bad results you get from bad swings. Not forgiving clubs.

Thank u for the advice. Just inherited a set, don't plan on using them just yet. My game clearly isn't ready for those kind of clubs yet.
I'll keep gaming my cg16s for now.

It's a personal attack on Wilson, whoever he is.

these have kbs tour shafts and lamkin grips. whilst i dont plan on using them yet, is it worthwhile an upgrade here or leave as is?

sorry for all the stupid questions, but i really know little about this kind of stuff. relying on wiser heads to guide me in the right direction.

The kbs would go well in those heads and are fine shafts in a great looking head, if you have the game they would be a great setup as they are.

so for shits and giggles, and cause i couldn't help myself, took the 9 iron over to the park across the road after dinner just now.
wowee, im not a good golfer, far from it, but when this flushes for me, around 60% of the time, it rockets.
over around 30 hits, avgd around 10-15m more than my current 9 iron, and saw some shape. (certainly wasnt intending this, but was consistent)
cant wait for my handicap to come in more, be more consistent and start gaming these.

Blades are the real game improvement irons. I have an old set that i play a practice round with from time to time. If you like clear and direct feedback, blades will do it.
