Thanks for the well wishes, guys, but it's been a pretty depressing day. 30 years, and I've done **** all with my life....

On a positive note, I am now eligible in age for mid-Am tournaments. I just need to be a better golfer now.

why would you say that ?

you've got a good job, have a happy family, and have your health.

What more could you possibly want ?

Alexander the Great had conquered the known world by this point. Jesus was well into his stride.

But no one conquers the world in their early 30s any more.

He's right, AP. My handicap has never been lower than it was in my 30th year. It was also the year I won the Ozgolf.net Most Improved Player award. ;)

Thanks again OZgolfers. I was joking before, of course. I'm pretty happy with my lot ATM.

Although, anyone that beats me in tennis fixtures tonight on my 30th, is a dead-set bum.

Sorry for the late Birthday wishes, have a good night at tennis then. 30's for me has been pretty good so far, only one scare and mostly great experiences & I am only halfway there.

Hope you had a great day (and winning night). The question now is after last night do you feel everyone of those 30 years or are you feeling good?

Hope it was / is one to remember

Tired, sore achilles, ankle, back, shoulder, sternum, blistered thumb. The 30s are great. And we lost.....just.

Man, this 30th birthday week caper is tough. That's one pub lunch (and two pints) down, at least one to go.
