Wedge groove rule

Just wanted to check the rule around wedge grooves. Wedges with non conforming grooves are still available around the place. Can we still use them in club comps up till 2024? I'm assuming we still can but just wanted to double check. Cheers

Just get rid of the grooves altogether and you'll never need to worry about it!! ;)

In looking at the SA Champs thread, I noticed that you don't have a handicap.

You can keep using those 09 Vokeys until the end of time.

I half-recall that some elite amateur competitions may not allow non-conforming wedges.

I think it is the events that used to calculate the world amateur rankings, such as Australian and state Amateur Champs. It would be in the 'Conditions of Entry'.
