Reg flex driver shaft and jpx 850 driver tip

Just got my jpx 850 and the stock Fuji is horrid. Anyone got a reg flex mid launch uncut or full length driver shaft they want to move on? Mizzy tip a bonus. Also chasing a spare tip if it doesn't have one
