Ok a bio cell tip is only 1" insertion so too much sticking out and I just realised its a reg.

Interesting.. I gave up cycling for golf three years ago. Used to ride minimum of 50k a day until both my knees went. I saw an ortho and he said get a double knee replacement or take up golf.. Last count between the missus, the kids and me, we had eleven bikes in the shed (not including the motorbike)... Keeping my bikes for when I (eventually), get my knees done.
