I love the look, but found my stroke inconsistent with one. I don't have the same issues with other putters.

I have a different style #7 (works plumbers neck) and it's only early days but I love it. Alignment aids seem to work. Feel is good. Very slight toe hang, so it suits my stroke.

But putters are so subjective, how are you ever going to know until you try it?

The Odyssey #7 is pretty good looking for a mallet-type putter.
Haven't used a mallet since I was using an Odyssey Two-Ball years ago.

I've got a counterbalanced tank cruiser #7 and I love it. I wasn't convinced on mallet style putters either, but I just tried it and immediately saw an improvement over my previous one - tho my issue is mainly distance rather than alignment...

I have one and really like it a lot. I also have a Tank #7, which is also good, but it needs some tinkering, and probably lengthening to suit me. My other fav at the moment is a Yes Stacey 12. I always wanted a CS, and this one seems to be point and shoot, like the Versa. Both are very good for distance control, I am finding.
