From the group that brought us Bank Holiday at Stonecutters Ridge, the CBA Sydney Golf Club will be having the annual 'Sydney vs. Brisbane' on the weekend just after Melbourne Cup.
The format mirrors last year's OZgolf NSW Champs ...
Fri. night - Poolside welcome BBQ at the Aquajet motel (with 2 or 3 nights accommodation)
Sat. morning - 18 holes at Bonville
Sat. evening - Do your own thing (club or restaurant).
Sun. morning - 27 holes at Coffs Harbour
Brisbane players are also welcome, as this is essentially a 'State Of Origin' event that has been going on for over 30 years. Prizes will be based on individual scores, NTPs, LDs and Wendy (NAGA).
There are generally 48 spots booked at the courses and the Aquajet motel, but need to start releasing them, when we get a better idea of actual numbers in September.
