Just a few questions involving best airlines to take your golf bags? Transfers from airport etc any tips would be greatly appreciated

Airlines are probably all the same when it comes to transporting your bags but QANTAS and Virgin have 1 x 23kg bag included in the ticket price.

What's the damage with Rexy?
Depending on the length of your stay it might be cheaper to hire a car.

We're looking at staying 4 nights just looking at best airline for golf bags and getting to the course

They all land in the same place (Launceston) - about an hour's drive from Barny, so unless you're planning on flying into somewhere else there's no difference there between the majors. I actually hate Jetstar with a passion but I found they are cheaper for carrying golf clubs as Virgin will charge you per piece @ 23kg (and it's something like an extra $50 for two pieces) and you can't combine weight. Jetstar you buy a block of weight and it works out a little cheaper.
