A thread for all discussions re: Food and possible eating establishments during the Champs.

If we all go out for a group dinner some where we cant go past a couple of good Schnit establishments.

Monster Schnits at the Earl of Leicester (just out of the city)

Cooper Ale House - The Earl of Aberdeen (in the city)

http://coopersalehouse.net/cms/pdfs/Alehouse Bar Menu.pdf

I can vouch that both the above are good. I think a few of last years attendees have tried one or both.

15 to 20 mins from the city to the Links Hotel. The Hendon Hotel about 10mins north of the Links has $8.90 schnitzel and chips. Don't think it would be all that great though, cause they are selling it under cost to get people into the

Good thing about the Links is that it is a stones throw from Royal Radelaide.

It was a bust.
After migrating to the Shag Hotel after a very disapoint House of Schnit for a few drinks my old white off sider left.
Singles mums may not be able to support their children now.

My constructive suggestion is that we abandon the City for Saturday schnits next year.
The House was not worth the hassle and the year before was only a bit better.
Maybe the Earl in Unley is a better Saturday option.
You only have a year to research all the other schnitzel places so get cracking boys.
