People who use Gumtree generally have no idea, or are looking for beginner shit.

You get benched for short circuiting Forum rules, depending on the breach determines the time.
I tried reading a link to some rules, and the link didn't work

Welcome mate, where do you live/play?
Cheers bud. Live in Ipswich and am a member at Ipswich Country Club, formerly Ipswich Golf Club.

Put simply:

9. Pro Shop Posting Restriction. To be able to start a thread in the Pro Shop, you must have been registered for 40 days and have made 40 posts. Please note that this limitation is to get you involved with the OZgolf community; we want you to use this time to get to know the place, and give us the chance to get to know you. Please do not post boost with inane and ridiculous posts or consecutive posts just to meet the post limit. This can result in you not having access to the pro shop. We recommend starting a thread in the Welcome Forum and/or the What's In The Bag forum to introduce yourself to the site.

Stops folk from joining to simply sell stuff, community forum etc etc :)

yep, Gumtree sucks balls.

Selling prices here are so low, I am not sure why anyone would join just to sell here?

Welcome Gemmell. How is Ipswich since Terry Morris and Co took it over?

Ah the traditional ozgolf welcome to a bloke that is honest enough to admit his interest in golf includes the buying and selling of clubs.

Welcome Gemmell, I for one look forward to you hitting the post count and seeing what you have to offer. Thankfully I have someone to protect me from myself for at least 40 days. Like Jesus though you will come in from the wilderness.

I've gotta say, every thread with your posts in it Gemmell, has turned nasty or at least spiteful at some point. There are many threads with input from everyone else here and nothing. Ozgolf has gone a bit agro and it wasn't like that until you started hanging around. But maybe it's not you, maybe it's the full moon we've had.................just saying.

Or, maybe it's the people who have followed me into other threads and taken them off topic. Maybe look at those tools.

Im a 144 count poster and still relatively new to this site. As you do, you read forums and see what goes on, and hadn't seen you post for a while, so just generally enquired if you are still around. That's it. That's the only reason I asked.
