it's about 20 metres in front of the tee and about 2 metres in frot of the ladies tee. It only catches a cold top, not really a 'design feature' more like "**** we have some spare sand, lets dump it here"

nope... 3-putted for bogey.

(had 3 x 3-jags yesterday. There were some big greens with serious contouring, so i don't feel too bad about it. but still it's a shame to hit a solid approach and walk off with bogey...)

Take the club you really need, even if that means driver! I had no problems hitting a 3 wood when everyone else in my groups hitting irons. Don't let your ego get in the way of good scoring.

I have played with both BrisVegas & Connico, I would guess Vegas is about 20 to 30m longer off the tee than Connico. 7 wood for Connico would be a good layup to be short of the bunkers.

Oh my goodness....I cant believe you hit it in there...Ross didn't even think the ladies would go in there. The worst part was that I'd said only 10 seconds earlier how silly they were there and as if anyone would ever hit it in there!

What a great looking hole. It would make your sphincter tighten on a windy day, I reckon. Gotta love a golf hole that can do that.
