This was a custom order from Taylormade, still has order/specs sticker on it.

Pretty sure the 2nd one is exact same length (i emailed Bits measurements....)

They should be measuring longer, sure of it. They were 43 1/4" gripped no tip. Should have been 45" in an SLDR i thought.

All measured with Golfworks club ruler....?

Ok, many grips i use add 1/4". Tip i thought was close to 1/2", 7/16 from memory. So i'm getting 1/16 short of 3/4" and you 3/8 from both grip and sleeve. Pretty sure your 43 1/4" included grip tho, both were 43 1/4" gripped.

Just clicked a 44 5/8 complete shaft into my R1 and i'm getting 44 7/8" finished length. I was pretty sure the SLDR was within 1/16" of the R1 but don't have one now. Maybe they rejigged the configuration a bit in the black head.

Could also be the angle of the end of the ruler....
I have the Golfworks collapsable one
Either way within .25"!

Probably within 1/8" on the SLDR, just looking at my old posts and i was adding 1 5/8" to the raw gripped shaft length. So it would have been 44 7/8". Something funky with the R1 tho, maybe they did chang the bore configuration. Just making sure i didn't lead you up the garden path when selling.
