30mm covert that it is not 1 and 5/8!1 inc is 25mm so 5 mm more

I don't know all I know is and the frequency it came in at perfect cpms for stiff for its length. So either worry about tipping or believe the cpms.
I personally think cpms give you an exact number for how the shaft is playing.
I have a rombax hybrid shaft and it is an X flex but it cpms as a soft reg, so do I sell it to someone wanting an x??
