That's how I read it, Pete. The hyphen indicates to me a span of time, as opposed to an 'or' statement.........

Jarro

he only mentions tuesday and thursday in his initial post.

AndyP
25th March 2006, 05:20 PM
Tuesday to Thursday, not Tuesday and Thursday.
Does the fact that they are playing on Wednesday, not make you think that you are off the mark?

Jarro
25th March 2006, 05:23 PM
i think you forced his hand.

i think he originally wanted to play on either Tuesday or Thursday.

therin lies the problem Mr Norman.

next time you post looking for a game, make sure you get the details correct so as not to confuse people on the site.

The use of the word 'people' is misleading, as there only appears to be one person confused.

on the contrary AndyP .. i knew exactly when Moe wanted a game ... even though you thought i didn't know what he was on about.

But if AP thought that Jarro thought that Moe thought, where does that leave us.....

Does that mean that Anzac Day still falls on the 25th of April or not and does Peter RS' Birthday still fall on the same day as last year :smt017 :smt002

How many putts?
Which course did you play?

Moe Norman
29th March 2006, 03:30 PM
west course which is 1-9 and 19-27.

Had plenty of putts and my short game was pretty bad - several holes I was needing an up and down for par and walked away with double....

Iain
29th March 2006, 03:48 PM
Thanks for the game Moe, very enjoyable. I didn't play too bad, as usual my driver was a little wayward costing me a few shots. But I am trying to make a couple of changes to my swing, so I went better than I thought I would.

My bunker play was excellent, getting about 4 or 5 sand saves and then lipping out for another!!

Best shot of the day was on the 6th Par 3, I put PW to about a foot.

Iain

Moe Norman

yes indeed. Iains bunker play was superb.

he also hit it stiff on the only hole that didn't have a pin.
