I need to get both for my Dell studio 1558 laptop. It's already got a replacement extended battery in it, but it's totally had it. Must have only lasted a few months, and never had the juice of the original one which wasn't an extended.
Out of interest I've looked on dell's website but they list no matching power adapters for it, and the battery is about $150.
Ive also had a replacement power adapter for another laptop before and it was crap. I ended up cracking the original open, fixing it and zip ties held it shut.
There's lots of crap ones out there. Does anyone know of a decent brand for both for me to look for? Someone must make half decent stuff.
