WTB - Mizuno MP 001 Driver

Looking for a Mizuno MP 001 Driver with 10.5 and/or 9 degree loft.

Prefer Reg shaft and excellent condition, but will take what ever you have.

got a 460cc MP001, Reg shaft and 10.5*

its almost brand new.... used by my housemate then he hooked onto R7 and the driver just sits there afterward

ALO have you hit the MP-001 and if so how would you compare the 2 composite heads i.e. Launcher COMP vs Mizuno.

Not with the same shaft but personally I think the MP001 is a MUCH MORE quality head. More solid impact feeling. Both driver doesn't sounds horrible compare to the early Callaway C4, Adams Composite. They both sounds more simular to a Ti driver.

Ball flight characteristic wise the COMP launch the ball significant HIGHER than MP001 (stockie Cleveland fuji sh1t shaft vs Mizuno Exsar)

But in general COMP is a more forgiving head compare to MP001 and you can hit it all over the place and the result isn't too badly.

COMP also have a deeper face compare to MP001 but just slightly. (And I suspect it's the Exsar shaft is a stiff tip low launch shaft)

Oh, the QA! 10 out of 10 MP001 are pretty spot on with their suggested loft but the COMP isn't (because I was anal enough to measure bunch of them)

the MP-001 isn't as forgiving as other modern drivers, but rockets when you catch it right and the stock shaft is excellent and launches low.

nah, i have a 983E which is the same as the k at 350cc, might go up a bit, try and hit it longer :razz:
