These are near new 1 time pulls from some Tour Issue Coverts, looks like they been tipped an inch and inch and a half respectively CPM around 265/270 7x measures 43" and the 8x 41.5" $280...........$230 + Postage.....Withdrawn!

Would these play at driver & 3 wood length?
Would the tipping of the shaft affect ball flight? Higher or lower?
