Hi all,
The thread on warming up and stretching really got me thinking. How much do you work on your golf specific fitness? Has anyone came across some great routines they would like to share.

Core is pretty key, both strength in it and flexibility. Also adductors to help fire your hips around. I notice a lot of the younger pro's are also doing a fair bit of leg work, squats, box jumps, etc

I'm sure i read somewhere that McIlroy squats ridiculous amounts of weight.

Must be something in that then.

He is VERY fit.
