Only issue with this is the time it takes to get around Wynnum in this type of comp. Any idea of the cost? Better still I will look at the website.

I found ice worked best for mine. I would ice it up the night before and again about 30 mins before I played the next morning. Had a few weeks off initially then ice plus only played once a week until it felt like it was getting better.

Yep, just $18 as I read it. It is a Marque open event for them, probably some level of sponsorship as well. Low fee to encouraged high participation.

I just saw their is a group of 20 Wynnum members playing in the Comp at Nudgee this morning!

I would/will have/probably did smash it round Wynnum today.

From the time my first drive sailed up the middle to the moment I sunk that 20-footer for birdie on the last my game was seriously "ON". Left the rest of the field in my wake and made a superb and very funny victory speech.

Enjoyed it immensely and looking forward to when it gets re-arranged. I'll replay the above for real next time.
