hey chappy.. I am too short, the putter is too long :P I was thinking about cutting it but it means I'll need to re-balance the putter, which I don't know how.. you have any experience with this?

Yang if it's a matter of adjusting the overall weight so that it feels and behaves in a similar way to that of a longer club I tink I can help you out.
