Profile pic not appearing next to posts?

Prob one for the admins, i noticed that the profile pic i have loaded does not appear next to my posts, like others ?

have tried a few diff things but just cant figure it out.... umm..help?

Profile picture is not what appears next to posts. It is your avatar that appears next to posts.

Go to Settings and choose Edit Avatar - it is the option below Profile Picture.

The profile picture just appears when you look at a user's profile

The profile picture seems pretty useless to me and confusing.
